Congress pats itself on back as it caves on telecom immunity
Legislators in the House of Representatives on Friday congratulated each other on the passage, by a wide margin, of compromise legislation to reform FISA. And by reform, they mean let the telecoms off of the hook for letting the government eavesdrop on their networks.
